Robert “Rusty” R. Hutson, Jr.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hutson Jr. is the fourth generation of his family to be involved in the oil and gas industry with his Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather all working in various field operational roles. Of his family, he is the first to hold an executive role. Before founding Diversified Gas & Oil in 2001, Mr. Hutson Jr. held finance and accounting roles for 13 years at Bank One (Columbus, Ohio) and Compass Bank (Birmingham, Alabama). He finished his banking career as CFO of Compass Financial Services. Mr. Hutson has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Fairmont State College - West Virginia. He is a former certified public accountant ("CPA") (Ohio).

Bradley G. Gray

Finance Director and US Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining the Company in October 2016, Mr. Gray held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Royal Cup, Inc., a United States based commercial coffee roaster and wholesale distributor of tea and other beverage related products. Prior to Royal Cup, Inc., from 2006 to 2014, Mr. Gray worked in the petroleum distribution industry for The McPherson Companies, Inc. and held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, from 1997 to 2006, Mr. Gray worked in various financial and operational roles with Saks Incorporated, a previously listed New York Stock Exchange retail group in the United States. Mr Gray began his career at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Gray has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama and he is a licensed CPA (Alabama).

Eric M. Williams

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Williams joined Diversified in July 2017 from Callon Petroleum. During Eric’s more than seven-year tenure with Callon, the company grew significantly from a market capitalization of US$40 million to over US $3.5 billion, successfully transforming itself from a deep-water asset focused company to an onshore, pure-play horizontal drilling operator in the Permian Basin. Mr. Williams was instrumental in developing and enhancing the company’s external reporting streams, and established a formal investor relations function serving more than 30 sell-side analysts and a growing base of institutional investors. Mr. Williams began his career in PwC’s Birmingham, Alabama audit practice, and prior to his time at Callon, served in various roles including internal audit with a focus on Sarbanes Oxley implementation and compliance, controllership and financial reporting for several US publicly traded companies. Mr. Williams has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Samford University, a M.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama and he is a licensed CPA (Alabama).

Bobby J. Cayton

Senior Vice President of Operations

Bobby Cayton has more than 35 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and production operations. He started his career with Alamco in 1984 as a well tender and worked his way up to Superintendent in 1998. Mr Cayton has broad experience of the oil & gas industry from running swab-rigs, well tending, disposal well operations, sales, consulting, drilling and overseeing production in several states on the East coast. Prior to the Acquisition, he was Vice President of Appalachian Operations for Titan where he oversaw production operations and processing of 8,400 wells across the Appalachian Region. In addition, he is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and several east-coast oil and gas associations.

John "Jack" W. Crook

Senior Vice President of Environmental, Health and Safety

Jack Crook is a licensed geologist with 36 years of oil and gas experience in environmental, health, safety and regulatory compliance. Mr. Crook started his career with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and gained extensive knowledge within this field by taking on roles in the Department’s hydrology, water supply and oil and gas divisions. In 2012, Mr. Crook joined Titan as Vice President of Environmental, Health, Safety, Regulatory, and Security compliance. At Titan he oversaw safety policies, procedures and training and served on the Executive Committee. Mr. Crook is an Executive Board Member and Secretary of the Board of Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association. Mr. Cayton and Mr. Crook will be appointed by the Group following Completion.

Dora L. Silvis

Executive Vice President

Ms. Silvis, joins from Alliance Petroleum where she has worked since 1988, will be responsible for managing many daily operations and streamlining all District and Corporate activities to align with the Company's strategic plan. Ms. Silvis will also manage the Company's IT function and oversee Alliances finance activities. Before joining Alliance, Ms. Silvis served as District Controller for Browning Ferris Industries and as an Accountant for LTV Steel. She is a member of the Ohio Oil & Gas Association, Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association and the West Virginia Independent Oil & Gas Association.

Michael W. Garrett, CPA

Vice President of Accounting and Controller

Mr. Garrett, who joins from Callon Petroleum (NYSE: CPE), an independent energy company focused on oil and gas properties in the Permian Basin, will be responsible for supporting the finance team and his responsibilities will include accounting operations and financial reporting. Prior to his time at Callon, Mr. Garrett worked for Pfizer Corp. and Pinnacle Airlines Corp.

Bryan K. Berry

VP of Finance

Bryan Berry, Vice President of Finance, who joins from Arlington Capital Advisors, will be focused on analysis of the Company's transaction opportunities and financial planning and analysis of the Company's operations. Mr. Berry has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and public accounting. Prior to Arlington, Mr. Berry was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Colonial Properties Trust, a Real Estate Investment Trust with over $4 billion in assets. During his tenure, Colonial acquired, developed or disposed of over $1.5 billion in assets. Additionally, Mr. Berry was Director of Financial Planning at Saks Incorporated, a Fortune 500 retail company. Mr. Berry began his career in public accounting at Deloitte.

William "Bill" M. Kurtz

Senior Vice President

Mr. Kurtz joined the Company in 2017, bringing extensive experience that spans a 35-year career in the Appalachian oil & gas Industry. His experience includes land operations, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures for multiple organizations. Immediately prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kurtz was employed with Atlas Energy, Inc. for 21 years where he held diverse positions that included Director of Business Development, Director of Production, and Senior Manager of Project Development. Mr. Kurtz is an active member of American Association of Professional Landmen, Society of Petroleum Engineers, and the Ohio Oil & Gas association where he serves on the Producers Committee.

Timothy Altier

Senior Vice President Operations, Alliance Petroleum

Mr. Altier, who also joins from Alliance Petroleum, has 32 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and will be responsible for leading his team to manage low cost/low volume conventional wells and high volume/high pressure unconventional wells at high efficiency. He has been the Ohio Oil and Gas Energy Education Program vice chair for 3 years and the Safety Committee chairman. He was also the past trustee of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association and past president of the Ohio section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Drew Adamo

Vice President of Operations – Pennsylvania

Mr. Adamo started his career in 1986 with Victory Energy Corporation as a well tender, spending 10 years learning well tending and compressor operations. In 1996, Mr. Adamo moved to Texas Keystone Inc (“TKI”) spending 20 years growing from well tending to management. Mr. Adamo managed all of TKI’s field operations in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, consisting of drilling, completing and pipelining over 1,500 conventional gas wells. Mr. Adamo’s 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry has grown his extensive knowledge of all facets of conventional field operations, specialising in engineering and setting large horsepower compression. Mr. Adamo joined the Group upon its acquisition of the TKI conventional assets, as Production Manager for all of the Group’s operations in the state of Pennsylvania.

Rusty Hutson, Senior., spent over 30 years in the oil and gas business in various operational roles for oil and gas operators. The Hutson family has been engaged in aspects of the oil and gas industry in West Virginia, United States since the early 1900s. He now supervises the West Virginia operations for the Group.
